| 摘 要： | 目的 再次手术论证新式剖宫产的优点，提高对新式剖宫产手术的认识。方法 本文对217例再次剖宫产手术粘连、手术效果及术后情况进行分析比较。结果 新式剖宫产粘连少、手术时间短、恢复快。结论 新式剖宫产是方法简单、实用、效果满意的手术方式，值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Abstract Objective To evaluate the prominent merits of new-style cesarean section by reoperation, and to further understand it. Methods The operative adhesion, effectiveness and postoperative status were analyzed comparatively in 217 cases of cesarean section after reoperation in this paper. Results The new-style cesarean section had advantages over less adhesion, shorter operation time and rapid recovery. Conclusion The new-style cesarean section may be simple and practical with favourable effectiveness, worth popularizing for use in clinic. |
