现场制作比色板在四环素牙比色中的应用

目的：探讨利用现场制作比色板解决四环素牙患者进行金属烤瓷修复时比色问题的可行性。方法：本文作者现场为四环素牙患者比色并根据比色记录即时在一个前牙金属内冠上筑瓷，待将烧结的金瓷冠磨改上釉后，再以它作为比色板给该患者比色，根据差异调整原来颜色记录比例，最后按新颜色记录完成修复体。结果：用该种方法对50例四环素牙患者进行比色，结果令人满意，只有1例要重作。结论：该种方法显著提高了对四环素牙患者比色的准确率，可供临床使用。

Application of on -the -spot guides in the shade selection of tetracycline stained teeth

Objective: To evaluate the possibility of shade selection of metal -ceramic restorations for tetracycline stained teeth with on -the -spot guides. Methods: The shades were selected for tetracycline stained teeth on the spot, and the pocelain was painted to the metal framework of an anterior tooth according to the shade records. After the PFM crown was fired, adjusted its form and glazed, then it would be used as a shade guide. Compared the shade characteristics of this shade guide with the natural teeth and adjusted the percentage of the shade records. Finally, finished the restorations according to the new shade records. Results: 50 patients with tertracycline stained teeth were selected shade in this way and the results were satisfactory. Only one patient' s restorations had to be made again. Conclusion: The accuracy of shade selection for patients with tetracycline stained teeth was raised significantly by the use of on -the -spot guides and it may be used in clinic.
