| 摘 要： | 从建立恶性肿瘤中医辨治理论体系角度,系统探讨恶性肿瘤病因病机、病证诊断、施治原则、治疗大法等。其病因包括外邪、七情、饮食、脏腑失调、年老体虚等。基本病机:初期酿生癌毒,搏结痰瘀;中期邪阻气机,脏腑失调;晚期走注伤正,步入损途。病名诊断可根据中医病名与恶性肿瘤的对应关系而进行。证候诊断一般包括癌毒、痰瘀、失调、虚损、侵袭走注等。治疗涉及抗癌解毒与扶正培本两方面。
