| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳癌根治术后皮瓣下积液的防治方法。方法通过对2002年1月～2007年12月间150例实施乳癌根治术后分别应用负压封闭引流及常规引流的病例资料进行回顾性分析及总结。结果实验组及对照组术后出现皮瓣下局限性积液分别为5例（6.4%）及15例（20.8%）,实验组术后皮瓣下积液发生率明显减少。结论乳癌根治术后采用负压封闭引流技术,可明显降低术后皮瓣下积液的比例,减轻患者痛苦。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method of prevent fluidify after radical operation of mastocarcinoma.Methods From January 2002 to June 2006,150 cases received operation of mastocareinoma were divided into experimental group(78 cases)and contral group(72 cases).The vacuum sealing drainage was used in the former and routine drainage was used in the latter after operation.Results Postoperative localized hydrops umder skin flaps in the experimental group and control group were 5 cases(6.4%)and 15 cases(20.8%)repectively.In the rate of postoperative hydrops under skin flap,the experimental group was lower than that control group(P=0.09).Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage after radical operation of masto carcinoma may obvious decline proportoon of hydrops umder skin flap and reduce patients suffering. |
