注射用他唑巴坦钠/哌拉西林钠治疗新生儿感染的疗效观察

目的:观察注射用他唑巴坦钠/哌拉西林钠治疗新生儿感染的疗效。方法:将140例新生儿感染患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予注射用他唑巴坦钠/哌拉西林钠100～200mg/(kg·d),对照组给予青霉素G钠10～20万IU/(kg·d),疗程均为5d～10d。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为91.43%、52.86%(P<0.05),细菌总清除率分别为91.6%、65.1%(P<0.05),表皮葡萄球菌清除率分别为81.2%、65.0%(P<0.05),革兰阴性杆菌清除率分别为86.9%、50.0%(P<0.05)。结论:注射用他唑巴坦钠/哌拉西林钠治疗新生儿感染的疗效明显优于青霉素钠,且安全。

Observation of Curative Effect of Tazobactam Sodium/Piperacillin Sodium for Injection on Neonatal Infections

OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of tazobactam sodium/piperacillin sodium for injection on the Neonatal infections.METHODS:140neonatal infections cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group:the treated group were treated with tazobactam sodium/piperacillin sodium for injection100～200mg/(kg·d);while the conˉtrol group were treated with penicillin-G100000～200000IU/(kg·d).The course of therapy for both groups were5d～10d.RESULTS:The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were91.43%,52.86%(P<0.05)respecˉtively;the total body clearance rates of bacteria for the two groups were91.6%and65.1%(P<0.05)respectively;the clearance rates of staphylococcus epidermidis were81.2%and65.0%(P<0.05)respectively;the clearance rates of gram-negative bacilli were86.9%and50.0%(P<0.05)respectively.CONCLUSION:The curative effect of tazobactam sodium/piperacillin sodium for injection is superior to penicillin-G,and which are safe to use.
