肝硬化肠源性内毒素血症中医辨证分型及相关因素的初步探讨

目的:分析134例肝硬化肠源性内毒素血症患者的中医证候分布规律及各证型的相关因素。方法:建立证候调查量表收集证候信息并判断证型;各证型与病程、并发症、吸烟饮酒史等进行单因素相关分析。结果:①湿热证68例,占50.7%;湿热与血瘀相兼证(相兼证)62例,占46.3%;其他证型4例,占3.0%;未见单一血瘀证型;②湿热证和相兼证在病程构成比、并发症构成比及吸烟、饮酒史构成比方面比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:①肝硬化肠源性内毒素血症中医证型分布以湿热证和湿热与血瘀相兼证为主;②病程较长患者相兼证发生率较湿热证高,并发症较多患者相兼证发生率较湿热证高,吸烟及饮酒史较长患者相兼证发生率较湿热证高。

Study on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of patients with liver cirrhosis endotoximia and its correlative factors
