| 摘 要： | 目的：评估尿道板成管术(Thiersch—Duplay)术在尿道下裂修复术中的价值；了解Thiersch-Duplay术的演变。方法：收集1995-2004年间尿道下裂38例临床资料(阴茎体型26例，阴茎阴囊型6例，阴囊型6例)，其中阴茎下曲矫正拟行二期手术20例，手术失败18例。手术采用Thiersch-Duplay术。结果：手术成功率84.2％(32／38)，其中5例并发尿道皮肤瘘，1例尿道狭窄。结论：Thiersch-Duplay术代表尿道下裂修复中基本的手术，在选择尿道下裂修复手术方式中，值得首先考虑。

| Abstract: | Objective:Purpose:To determine the value of Thiersch-Duplay tubularization; to understand the evolution of Thiersch-Duplay tubularization. Methods:Climical data of 38 cases of hypospadias were collected (penil 26, Penoscrotal 6, scrotal 6). Among them, 20 cases were candidates for two-stage repairs, 18 cases for redo as failed repairs. The surgical method was Thiersch-Duplay tubularization. Results:The success rate was 84.2%(32/38) of 38 cases,5 were complicated with urethrocutaneous fistula, 1 urethral stricture. Conclusions:Thiersch-Duplay tubularization was worth choosing in hypospadias repair modalities which represent the basic foundation for hypospadias surgical technigues. |
