| 摘 要： | 蛋白激酶C(PKC)抑制剂对抗肿瘤、抗病毒、治疗心血管疾病等多种药物的合理设计有着非常重要的意义。该文对文献报道的天然产物中的PKC抑制剂依据化学结构进行分类,并对其生物来源、生物活性和作用位点进行综述。
