Causes and precaution measures for occurrence of nurse- patient disputes

In order to prevent nurse-patient disputes,causes of the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes had been analyzed.It considered that major causes of nurse-patient disputes including enhanced self-protection consciousness of ordinary people,poor communication between nurse and patient,and poor professional quality and legal consciousness of nurses.This article put forward that nurse should learn knowledge and skills of specialty continuously,learn related laws and regulations,enhance self-quality,have enough knowledge and learn communication skills,so as to provide safe and sweet therapeutic environment for patients.Thus,they can serve for patients better and nurse-patient disputes could be decreased or avoided.
