复方丁香开胃贴治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的:探索复方丁香开胃贴外用治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效.方法:将虚寒气滞型FD患者60例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,各30例;分别使用复方丁香开胃贴外治和陈夏六君子丸内服,观察两组症状改善情况.结果:治疗组显效率为43.3%,总有效率为83.3%;对照组依次为40.4%及86.7%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义,但在个别症状的改善方面各有高低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:复方丁香开胃贴是治疗FD的一种较好药物,在减缓和消除上腹部胀满、疼痛及控制呕吐方面疗效显著.

Effect of Compound Dingxiang Kaiwei Paste in Treating Functional Dyspepsia

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Compound Dingxiang Kaiwei paste(CDKP) in treating functional dyspepsia .Methods:Sixty patients of functional dyspepsia b elong to deficiency-cold and qi-stagnation type were collected to divide into two groups at random (n=30 each). Effect was observed after the treatment of CDKP or Chenxia Liujunzi pill respectively.Results:The cure and total effective rate of treat group was 43.3 %and 83.3 %.The cur e and total effective rate of control group was 40.4 % and 86.7 %. There was not significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), while there was sig nificant difference in some symptoms change between them (P<0.05).Conclusion:CDKP is a kind of good drug in treating functiona l dyspepsia, especially in alleviating symptoms such as abdomen pain, abdomen di stension and vomitting.
