| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小剂量左旋布比卡因连续腰麻在老年人髋关节置换术的麻醉效果和可行性.方法选择行髋关节置换术病人40例,年龄70～90岁,L组(n=20): 0.75%左旋布比卡因2ml 注射用水3ml,B组(n=20): 0.75%布比卡因2ml 注射用水3ml.两组均以0.1ml/秒的速率向蛛网膜下腔注入1.0～1.3ml.结果两组麻醉效果完善,血流动力学稳定.结论小剂量左旋布比卡因连续腰麻在老年人髋关节置换术中应用安全可行.
