| 摘 要： | 目的提高女性膀胱颈梗阻的诊治水平。方法对26例女性膀胱颈梗阻患者的诊治情况进行回顾性分析。对其中22例行经尿道膀胱颈电切术(TURBn),4例行非手术治疗。结果22例行经尿道膀胱颈电切术者,无尿失禁及尿瘘发生;4例非手术治疗者经定期尿道扩张及药物治疗,效果满意。结论膀胱尿道镜和尿流动力学检查是该病可靠的诊断手段,行经尿道膀胱颈电切术(TURBn)是最佳治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the curative effect of diagnose and management of bladder neck obstruction(BNO)of woman.Methods 26 patients women suffered from BNO had been recollectively analyzed. 22 patients had been treated by transurethral resection of bladder neck(TURBn).4 patients had not been surgeryed.Results 22 patients by transurethral resection of bladder neck had not occurred urinary incontinence or urethral fistula. urethral dilation and drugs in period was carried out successfully in 4 patients of no operation.Conclusions Transurethral management is a safe and efficient treatment for BNO. The inspection of the mirror of curt and bladder and urine motivity was a trusted method . |
