PICC置管后并发症的处理及护理体会

目的：探讨PICC置管后并发症的处理及护理体会。方法：分析300例恶性肿瘤患者PICC置管后发生并发症的45例患者，研究其并发症原因及护理体会。结果：45例患者中，1例因静脉炎拔管，2例因导管脱出拔管，其它的均经过对症治疗及护理后治愈。结论：PICC为一种安全有效、病人痛苦小的输液途径，但也存在一定风险性，应注意分析其原因，提高置管期间患者的生活质量．保证下周期化疗顺利进行。

The treatment of complication after PICC tube and Nursing Experience

Objective： To approach the treatment of complication after PICC tube and Nursing Experience. Methods： Analyzing the 45 cases with complication in 300 cases of malignant tumor patients after the PICC tube,discuss the reason of complication and nursing experience. Results： Among the 45 cases patients, 1 cases extubate catheter because of phlebitis and 2 cases extubate catheter because of catheter prolapse, others all get curing after symptomatic treatment and nursing. Conclusion： PICC as an Infusion approach which Safe and effective ,patients with less pain,but still have some risks,should pay attention to analysis the reasons,elevate patient＇s quality of life during intubation, To ensure the smooth progress of the next cycle of chemotherapy.
