| 摘 要： | 目的 观察人可溶性增殖诱导配体(soluble a proliferation-induced ligand, sAPRIL)是否具有促进宫颈癌细胞株HeLa增殖的作用及其机制.方法 用Brdu法检测sAPRIL蛋白对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞增殖的作用,进而用RT-PCR法检测HeLa细胞APRIL受体的表达情况.结果 原核表达的sAPRIL蛋白能促进HeLa细胞增殖.HeLa细胞表达APRIL的受体HSPG1、HSPG2,而不表达BCMA 、TACI及HSPG4.结论 sAPRIL有明确的促HeLa细胞增殖作用.由于HeLa细胞有APRIL受体HSPG1、HSPG2的表达,我们初步推测该作用可能是通过HSPG1及HSPG2起作用的.

| Abstract: | Objective To identify the promoting function of soluble a proliferation-induced ligand (sAPRIL) to the proliferation of HeLa cells and its possible mechanism. Methods The proliferation stimulating effect of sAPRIL to HeLa cells was detected by Brdu. RT-PCR was performed to identify the expression of sAPRIL receptors on HeLa cells. Results sAPRIL had positive effect to promote the proliferation of HeLa cells. HeLa cells could express sAPRIL receptors HSPG1 and HSPG2 but not BCMA, TACI or HSPG4. Conclusion sAPRIL can effectively promote the proliferation of HeLa cells, which might be associated with HSPG1 and HSPG2. |
