胸骨舌骨肌筋膜的结构观察

胸骨舌骨肌筋膜已广泛用于喉部分切除术后缺损的整复,我们用游离筋膜重建喉缺损的动物实验获得了良好的效果。为探讨各种保存方式对胸骨舌骨肌筋膜的影响,比较了胸骨舌骨肌新鲜筋膜、室温干燥筋膜、95%乙醇固定筋膜、酒精灯加热处理筋膜组织结构的异同。结果显示,室温干燥及乙醇固定者与新鲜筋膜相似,结构基本保持。酒精灯加热后筋膜胶原纤维束肿胀、断裂,失去正常结构,有典型的穹窿状突起及小圆形凹陷,胶原原纤维明暗带消失,或结构完全破坏。

HISTOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT OF STERNOHYOID MUSCLE FASCIA

Sternohyoid muscle fascia has been widely used in reconstruct-ing the defect after partial laryngectomy.Free fascia graft used to recons-truct laryngeal defect in dogs was obtained a good laryngeal function resto-ration in our experiment.In order to assess the histological changes of fresh fascia,room temporature dried fascia,alcohol or heat dehydrated fascia,fas-cia graft of sternohyoid muscle of dogs was obtained and such treated,and studied under LM,STM or TEM.The structure,except heat dried fascia,were no obvious changes.Under TEM,swelling of collagen fibrils was found in room temperature and alcohol dehydrated fascia.The changes of heat dehydrated fascia by sprit lamp was:1,swelling or rupture of collagen fibers,loss of normal architeture under LM;2,loss of normal architeture,several round defects,dome-shaped structure on armorphous materials under SEM;3,hollow-shell or complete loss of collagen fibrils under TEM.
