| 摘 要： | 对1例奥沙利铂联合5-fu化疗引起全身抽搐的临床观察,并通过解毒、镇静等有效的治疗及健康宣教、症状护理等措施,使其不良反应得到控制,保证病人安全.

| Abstract: | Here we report the nursing care summarized from dealing with the one case of the convulsioncaused by the combinative chemotherapy of Oxaliplatin and 5-fu,through considerate clinical observation,we found the patient suffering from convulsion,then we controlled the convulsion through deintoxicationand sedation as well as health teaching and symptom care. At last the pation got better. |
