本文收集国内报道的胰腺结核37例,加上笔者报道的共38例;并以此作综合分析,且就发病情况、临床表现、诊断、治疗等进行讨论。

Report on A Case of Pancreatitis Tuberculosis and its Literature Review

Pancreatitis tuberculos is seldom appears. It was reported only 37 cases, together with this one totally 38 cases in our country. Its early clinical symptoms are just the posioning of tubercular in fec.tion, its later stage are obstruction of the alimentary canal and the odditis It is often diagnosed as the pancreatitis cancer by mistake as it hasn't its unique characters. Most of the authors agree to froze the pathological slice during the operation. In the recent years, some authors put forward to do the operation by pun-cturing the pancreatitis. It is helpful to diagnose this kind of disease with the material getting from the puncturing to do the cell test and cell cultivate. It is very simple to cure the pane-reatitis by the treatment of anti-tuberculosis and complicationsand it results well
