| 摘 要： | 目的 总结心肺复苏时及时气管插管的重要性。方法 对 4 2 5例心肺复苏患者分为由急诊科医护人员气管插管 (即刻插管 )与由麻醉科医师插管 (延时插管 )两组。通过观察复苏成功率与成活率 ,比较即刻插管与延时插管的疗效。结果 即刻插管患者的复苏成功率为 4 1 8% ,存活率为 2 1 6 % ,延时插管患者的复苏成功率为 9 4 % ,存活率为 1 9%。两组相比差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 应提倡急诊科医生在心肺复苏时紧急气管插管。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the importance of the instant intratracheal intubation (ITI) in cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Method All the cases were divided into two groups so as to compare the successful rate and the survival rate of the CPR One group (213 cases) was treated with the instant ITI by the doctors in the emergency department, another group (512 cases) was treated with the non-instant ITI by anesthetists Result The successful rate and the survival rate in the instant ITI group were significantly higher than those in the non-instant ITI group (41 8% vs 9 4%, P <0 01 and 21 6% vs 1 9%, P <0 01) Conclusion It suggested that we should advocate the instant ITI in CPR |
