疼痛患者疼痛评估及护理要点

目的：探讨临床各类疼痛患者的评估及护理要点。方法：采取数字评价量表（NRS）、语言评价量表（VDS）、视觉模糊评分（VAS）、面部疼痛表情量表（FPS—R）及主诉疼痛分级法（VRS）对本院2007年5月～2009年5月具有疼痛特点疾病的126例患者疼痛进行评估，并采取疼痛护理干预措施。结果：疼痛严重影响患者的睡眠、日常活动、心理，对患者进行护理干预前后进行疼痛程度分析，给予疼痛护理及干预措施后，患者的疼痛程度明显减轻。结论：正确对患者疼痛状态进行评估，并采取相应的护理措施可使患者的疼痛程度明显减轻，改善其生命质量。

Pain assessment and care Of patients with pain points

Objective： To investigate the clinical assessment of patients with various types of pain and nursing points. Methods： Took the number of rating scale （NRS）, the language rating scale （VDS）, visual analog scale （VAS）, facial expressions of pain scale （FPS-R） and chief complaint of pain classification scheme （VRS） in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2009 in our hospital with pain in 126 cases of the disease characteristics of patients to assess pain and to take care interventions. Results： The pain serious effected on sleep, daily activities, and psychological disturbance, pain degree was tested pain before and after nursing intervention. To give pain care and intervention, the patient＇s pain reliered. Conclusion： The right of patients to assess the state of pain and to take appropriate care of patients with pain can be reduced significantly, to improve their quality of life.
