摘    要:目的 总结呼吸机常见报警和故障原因,为临床更好地应用机械通气提供借鉴。方法 回顾性分析我科1997年1月~2005年3月呼吸机应用过程中所发生的940例次报警和故障原因。结果 呼吸机报警以气源报警和气道压力下限报警最为常见,占54.68%(514/940)。在气源报警中以压缩机故障和氧气瓶压力过低或过高最多见,在气道压力下限报警中以呼吸回路漏气为主要因素。其它类型报警占45.32%(426/940)。结论 凡有条件的医院应建立中心供气系统,以代替容易发生故障的压缩机和经常需要更换的氧气瓶。在呼吸机应用的过程中,要严密观察呼吸机叫路的情况,避免漏气,且要设置恰当的报警阈值。

Abstract:Objective To generalize the common reasons resulting in malfunctions and alarms of ventilators for clinical practice reference, Methods The paper generalized and analyzed the reasons resulting in malfunctions and alarms of ventilator in 940 eases in our department from July 1997 to March 2005. Results 54.68% alarms were from air source and low tube pressure. Compressor malfunction and insufficient air pressure in tank dominated air source alarms. Air leaking in circulation was the primary factor involved in low tube pressure alarms, Other alarms took up the rest 45.32% of total ones. Conclusion Hospital should establish the air center system to supply instead of malfunction - prone compressor and regular- replaced air tank. Intensive observation of air circulation must be performed to avoid air leaking and a proper threshold of tube pressure should be set to alarm.
