| 摘 要： | 报告9例因电击、休克、缺氧、迷走神经反射、颅压增高引起的循环骤停复苏成功的经验。在初步救生措施(BLS)阶段,重点是心肺复苏,但要及早采取保护脑组织的措施;在进一步心脏救生措施(ACLS)阶段,以维持循环功能和脑复苏为主,并要防治多系统器官功能的衰竭。

| Abstract: | We present here our experiences in management of 9 patientswith cardiac arrest due to electrocutions,septic shock,vagus reflex,increased intracranial pressure and other causes.The duration of cardiacarrest varies from few seconds to half an hour;among which 3 caseslasted over 8 minutes.One of the 3 patients was unconsciousness for 6days.As soon as cardiac arrest was diagnosed measures of basic life supportwas applied adequately in every case.Adrenalin was administered routine-ly by intratrecheal or intravenous route.As vent(?)icular fibrillation be-coming coarser,DC defibrillator used to be applied promptly,so that theheart rate will return to normal.Three of our cases of electrocutionswere thus recovered completely.Authors suppose that maintenance of stability of cardiocirculatory sys-tem and protection of cerebral function are the key points of advancedcardiac life supporting measures.Preventing of MOF should be emphasizedas well.Authors believe that selective cerebral hypothermia and the useof osmotic diuretics to reduce ICP are the main procedures of brain re-suscitation.By previous ways the brain function of 5 patients recovered.Of course,the circulatory,respiratory and renal function should be keptin good condition with appropriate managements. |
