多原发恶性肿瘤

探讨多原发恶性肿瘤的流行病学和临床特点，方法：回顾性分析我院１９５８－１９９７年年收治的２０１１例ＭＰＭＮｓ的构成比、发病年龄、性别比、间隔时间、好发部位。结果：ＭＰＭＮｓ所占构成比为２．０％；平均发病年龄为５０．７岁；高发年龄为５０－５９岁，占３１．１％。性别比（男：女）为１：１．３。

Multiple Primary Malignant Neoplasms

Objective: To explore and investigate the epidemiological and clinical features of multiple primary malignant neoplasms (MPMNs). Methods: Two Thousand and eleven cases of MPMNs patients admitted to our hospital in the period of 1958 to 1997 were studied retrospectively.including the frequency, age of onset, sex ratio, tumor location and the interval time between sequential tumors. Results: The constituent rate of MPMNs was 2%. The mean age of onset was 50.7 years and the mean age from the first to fourth decade were 45.5, 45.8, 8.49 and 53.9 years respectively. The peak onset age was 50 to 59 years which accounted for 31.1%. The sex ratio male vs female was 1:1.3, but in the fouth decade and senile group it was 1.1:1. The mean interval time was 7.3 years. The predilection sites were: breast 14.5%, lung 13.4%, esophagus 12.8%, uterus 12.5% and rectum 4.5%. As far as the systems were concerned, the sesceptible systems were: digestive system 20.6%, female reproductive system 16.1% and the respiratory system 13.4%. Conclusin: 1) The constituent rate of MPMNs seems to have a ascending tendency. 2) The age of onset is becoming older. 3) Although the incidence of female is higher than male, but the incidence of male is ascending more than female. 4) The interval time is ascending year bey year, but the interval time between the first and fifth tumors is decreasing. 5) The susceptable organs are the identical organ, bigeminal organs and the organs of same system.
