肿瘤标记物对鉴别良、恶性浆膜腔积液的价值分析

目的 :评价 CEA、CA19- 9、CA50 、CA12 5对判别良、恶性浆膜腔积液的价值。方法 :利用 RIA和 IRMA法测定 1 5 8份浆膜腔积液中的 CEA、CA19- 9、CA12 5、CA50 浓度 ,并与正常对照组血液中的水平以及良、恶性浆膜腔积液之间的水平进行统计学比较。结果 :良性浆膜腔积液较恶性浆膜腔积液其 CA12 5水平差异无显著性意义 ;恶性浆膜腔积液中的 CEA、CA19- 9、CA50 水平显著高于良性浆膜腔积液 ,并且这三项联检能提高阳性率及特异性。结论 :CEA、CA19- 9、CA50 及联检有助于判断良、恶性浆膜腔积液 ;CA12 5在良、恶性浆膜腔积液中都会升高 ,无助于判断其良、恶性。

Value of tumor label for indentification of benign and malignant dropsy of serous cavity

Objective:To appraise the value of CEA,CA 19 9 ,CA 50 and CA 125 for judgement of benign and malignant dropsy of serous cavity.Methods:The concentration of CEA,CA 125 and CA 50 in 158 samples of dropsy of serous cavity were measured by RIA and IRMA methods and were compared with that in normal control samples.And their concentration was compared between benign and malignant dropsy.Results:The concentration of CA 125 had no significant difference between begnign and malignant dropsy,but concentration of CEA,CA 19 9 and CA 50 in malignant dropsy was higher than that in benign dropsy,and combined examination of three indexes can increase the positive rate and specificity.Conclusion:CEA,CA 19 9 ,CA 50 and combined examination of these indexes are contributed to the judyement of benign and malignant dropsy.CA 125 had no judging significance because CA 125 in creased in both benign and malignant dropsy.
