经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断早期异位妊娠的应用价值

目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断早期异位妊娠的临床价值,提高早期异位妊娠的诊断水平。方法:观察76例宫内外早早孕阶段的子宫内膜厚度及其血流参数,检测结果与最终妊娠结果进行对照。结果:宫内妊娠组子宫内膜厚度厚于异位妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);40例宫内妊娠组中,29例子宫动脉显示螺旋动脉,显示率为73%;36例异位妊娠组中,2例内膜中有螺旋动脉血流信号,显示率5.6%;两组螺旋动脉显示率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声是诊断异位妊娠的主要检查方法,妊娠早期检测子宫内膜螺旋动脉显示率可明显提高异位妊娠的诊断率。
