年轻妇女子宫内膜癌的临床特点分析

目的:探讨年轻妇女子宫内膜癌的临床特点。方法:以≤40岁的年轻妇女子宫内膜癌患者27例为试验组,以同期收治的>60岁的患者42例为对照组,比较两组临床特点。结果:两组临床分期及病理分型差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组病理类型以腺癌为主。试验组高分化率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组ER阳性率及PR阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术方式的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组以全子宫切除及一侧或双侧附件切除为主。随访5年,两组生存率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:年妇女子宫内膜癌患者临床分化高,及早发现并治疗,遵循个体化治疗原则,预后良好。

Analysis of clinical features of young women with endometrial carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinical features of young woman with endometrial carcinoma.Method For 27 young women of endometrial carcinoma whose age was ≤ 40 years were as the experimental group,and 42 women of endometrial carcinoma whose age was 40 years were as the control group.The clinical features of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical stage and pathological type in the two groups had not statistically differences（P0.05）.Adenocarcinoma was the major histological type in the experimental group.The rate of well-differentiated in the the experimental group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The positive rates of ER and PR were higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The total hysterectomy and unilateral or bilateral salpingo excision was the major way in the experimental group.All cases were followed up for 5 years.The survival rate of two groups had not statistically differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical differentiation of endometrial cancer in young women was well.It has good prognosis if it is early detected,treated and followed the principle of individual therapy.
