| 摘 要： | 目的:观察手术联合腹腔温热灌注化疗治疗进展期胃癌的疗效。方法:对2005年1月~2010年1月手术的进展期胃癌226例,随机分为研究组134例,对照组92例,研究组行术中、术后腹腔温热灌注化疗,对照组行全身化疗,并对其疗效进行跟踪随访。结果:根治术后研究组3年、5年生存率明显高于对照组,而复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。姑息术后研究组3年、5年生存率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术联合腹腔温热灌注化疗治疗进展期胃癌的疗效满意,值得推广应用。
