新生儿心律失常的病因分析

目的:探讨新生儿心律失常病因。方法:回顾性分析收治的48例新生儿心律失常的类型、病因。结果:新生儿心律失常类型主要为室上性心律失常占64.5%,各种类型的传导阻滞占16.7%,而室性心律失常仅占10.5%,复合性心律失常占8.3%。心肌酶谱测定,其中18例正常,24例升高。心律失常主要病因为:围生期缺氧、感染、先天性心脏病、电解质紊乱及低血糖。结论:加强围生期保健,减少宫内缺氧,防止低血糖及电解质紊乱,避免孕期感染,可降低新生儿心律失常的发病率。
