| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨咪唑安定联合丙泊酚及芬太尼应用于无痛人工流产手术的临床效果。方法:自愿终止妊娠且无手术禁忌证的孕患者120例随机分为F组和M组。F组实施丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉,M组实施咪唑安定联合丙泊酚及芬太尼麻醉。结果:两组患者意识消失时的MAP、HR、SpO2低于麻醉前(P<0.05);F组患者意识消失时MAP、SpO2值明显低于M组(P<0.05),提示F组患者出现低血压和呼吸抑制;两组苏醒时间差异无统计学意义;M组丙泊酚总用量明显少于F组(P<0.05);M组术后躁动、恶心呕吐及头晕等不良反应明显少于F组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:咪唑安定联合丙泊酚及芬太尼静脉麻醉效果确切,呼吸抑制、低血压、术后恶心呕吐等不良反应少,可作为无痛人工流产手术较理想的选择。
