65例周围型肺腺癌CT主要征像分析

目的:探讨CT对周围性肺腺癌的诊断价值。方法:选择经手术或和活检、病理证实的65例周围型肺癌的CT检查结果。利用CT薄层扫描、病灶局部放大、适当的窗宽技术,重点分析了肺腺癌分叶、毛刺、胸膜凹陷征主要征象的特点。结果:54例肿块有分叶征,62例有毛刺征,26例有胸膜凹陷征。结论:CT对鉴别诊断、提高诊断正确率有重要意义。
