间断水平褥式内翻缝合法在壁间子宫肌瘤剔除术中的临床应用

目的:探讨一种在壁间子宫肌瘤剔除术中止血效果更快更好的缝合方法。方法:将来院的要求行壁间子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者随机分成二组,对照组用传统的缝合方法进行缝合,用可吸收线连续缝合肌层1~2层,浆肌层用可吸收线间断缝合。观察组用可吸收线连续缝合肌层1~2层,浆肌层用可吸收线间断水平褥式内翻缝合,观察两组的出血量及手术时间。结果:对照组手术时间(78.54±27.14)m in,术中出血量(99.62±48.49)m l。观察组手术时间(52.27±11.65)m in,术中出血量(65.32±31.73)m。l两组手术时间比较(P<0.05)及术中出血量比较(P<0.01)差异均有统计学意义。结论:间断水平褥式内翻缝合方法止血更快,效果更好,能够缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,值得临床推广应用。

Halsted used in clinical hysteromyomectomy

Objective To explore a stitch up way which can arrest bleeding quickly and better in hysteromyomectomy.Method We divided our patients into two groups.The control group used traditional suture and absorptive thread to stitch 1 or 2 muscular layers.Seromuscular used absorptive thread to gap.The study group used absorptive thread to stitch 1 or 2 muscular layers.Seromuscular used halsted.Then compared operation time and the volume of blood transfusion between the two groups.Results The control group′s operation time was（78.54±27.14） min and the volume of blood transfusion was（99.62±48.49） ml.The study group′s operation time was（52.27±11.65） min and the volume of blood transfusion was（65.32±31.73） ml.The operation time comparison（P〈0.05） and the volume of blood transfusion comparison（P〈0.01） had statistical significance.Conclusion Halsted can arrest bleeding quickly and has better effect.It can save operation time.So it is well worth clinical popularizing and application.
