| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨钙剂联合阿司匹林治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床疗效及机制。方法:选取临床有妊娠期高血压疾病的孕妇188例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用常规的解痉、降压、镇静、扩容等药物进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上予以钙剂联合阿司匹林进行综合治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的动脉血压和尿蛋白测定结果,分析钙剂加阿司匹林综合治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的作用机制。结果:检测两组患者治疗前后的动脉血压和尿蛋白(24 h)检测结果,观察组患者较对照组患者两项指标改善情况更为优异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于解痉、镇静、降压治疗基础上加用阿司匹林联合钙剂综合治疗妊娠期高血压疾病患者,可以有效遏制疾病的发展,其机制主要是运用了阿司匹林可以抑制血小板的聚集和血栓烷的生产,钙剂可以使血管对血管紧张素敏感性降低,两者联合从根源上解除了孕妇血压升高的因素。
