| 摘 要： | 目的:分析脑卒中患者与血脂的关系。方法:收集2008年～2009年12月脑卒中患者212例,其中脑出血病例118例,脑梗死94例,选择对血脂有关指标进行检测并进行统计分析。结果:脑梗死组和脑出血组血总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白(Apo-B)的含量显著高于对照组,面HDL-C和Apo-A的含量显著低于对照组。结论:脑卒中患者与血脂关系密切相关。
