| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社区康复在孕妇产后抑郁症恢复中的作用。方法:选取产后抑郁症150例,随机分为社区康复组与对照组,每组75例,两组均实施常规治疗加护理,社区康复组在常规治疗加护理基础上给予社区护理干预,对比两组患者的24 h阴道流血量、产后72 h的泌乳量及HAMD、HAMA评分。结果:社区康复组的术后阴道流血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);社区康复组产后72 h的泌乳量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);社区康复组HAMD、HAMA减分率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产后抑郁严重影响产妇身心健康和婴儿生长发育,社区康复干预是降低产后抑郁发病率及降低孕妇产后抑郁症不良反应的重要手段。
