| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨泌尿外科应用双J导管出现并发症的原因及治疗方法。方法:对1 520例应用双J导管发生并发症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术后发生并发症共355例,其中腰痛33例、肉眼血尿175例、膀胱刺激征130例、双J导管移位2例、尿路感染18例,经相应处理后,得到有效控制。结论:手术中应用的双J导管术后出现一定并发症,经相应处理能够得到有效控制。
