中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组对照方法,将62例住院患儿分为两组,治疗组34例,对照组28例。对照组用常规西医对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药治疗。观察用药后两组患儿的症状体征、心肌酶谱和心电图指标变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率74%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。实验室检查指标和临床症状改善时间治疗组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。且未见任何不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,无不良反应。

Observation of treatment effect on viral myocarditis with integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine
