| 摘 要： | 目的:比较两种上颌窦手术方法的对上颌窦炎治愈率的差异。方法:将慢性上颌窦炎病例116例随机分为A、B两组,采用鼻内窥镜下行上颌窦手术,A组清理中鼻道阻塞因素、切除钩突后,不扩大上颌窦黏膜口,B组清理中鼻道阻塞因素、切除钩突后,切除上颌窦黏膜口。结果:随访12个月以上。依照海口1997年标准,A组75侧,治愈68侧,治愈率为90.7%,B组80侧,治愈74侧,治愈率为92.5%;A组好转7侧,好转率为9.3%,B组好转6侧,好转率为7.5%。结论:鼻内窥镜下两种上颌窦炎处理方法疗效相同。
