| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大龄患儿先天性腭裂的修补方法及避免复裂穿孔。方法:采用回顾性分析法,对96例大龄患儿腭裂手术的相关方法进行总结分析。结果:手术一次性成功修补94例,成功率97.92%。2例失败病例分别为:腭部穿孔1例,悬雍垂裂1例。结论:大龄患儿先天性腭裂裂隙缘较宽,一次性修补成功较困难,在采用二瓣法的基础上充分游离腭大动脉及解剖分离咽侧壁,充分减张软腭的张力后,大部分患儿能一次性成功修复,且其复裂或穿孔发生率极低,方法安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the repair method of congenital cleft palate in older children and the way of avoiding perforation of complex crack.Method The correlation methods for cleft palate surgery of 96 elder children were retrospectively analyzed.Results For 94 patients had one-time success repair,the success rate was 97.92%.Two failed cases were palatal perforation and cleft uvula.Conclusion The crack edge of elder children with congenital cleft palate is wider,and it is hard to be one-time success repaired.... |
