双源双能量CT在富血供肝肿瘤成像检查中的临床研究

摘    要:目的双源双能量CT是近年来发展起来的新的成像技术,对于血管成像具有独到的优势。迄今国内尚未见有该方法在富血供肝肿瘤方面的应用研究。文中初步探讨动脉期双能量CT对富血供肝肿瘤的临床应用价值。方法对30患者行上腹部动脉期双能量CT扫描,同时获得140 kVp、80 kVp及两者按0.3比例融合的加权图像。分别测量3种图像的病变部位、邻近正常肝组织及腹部前壁均匀脂肪的密度,以病变肝组织与邻近正常肝组织的密度差表示病灶清晰度。计算3种图像的对比噪声比(contrast-to-noise ratio,CNR)。采用3分方法评价3种图像的图像质量。采用随机区组的秩和检验进行统计学分析,组间两两比较采用LSD检验。结果检出23例不同肝病患者,共34个病灶。3组病灶清晰度差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。80 kVp的病灶清晰度(33.15±15.6)HU]明显高于加权图像(21.0±10.7)HU],P=0.011和140 kVp图像(17.8±8.4)HU],P=0.002。3组对比噪声比差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),80 kVp的CNR(2.49±1.15)高于140 kVp(1.5±0.9),P=0.0...
