| 摘 要： | 目的:观察血脂对肝功能生化指标的影响。方法:选取64例高血脂患者作为高血脂组;选择同期进行体检的健康人60例作为对照组。比较两组患者肝功能生化指标ALT、AST及γ-GT的不同。结果:高血脂组患者的ALT、AST及γ-GT均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高脂血症患者肝功能即有异常,血脂检测有利于脂肪肝的早期预防。

| Abstract: | Objective To observation the effect of blood lipid to liver biochemical index.Methods The patients received physical examination.Sixty four patients who with hyperlipidemia was the hyperlipidemia group.Sixty same age healthy subjects who received health examination was the control group.The liver biochemical index ALT,AST and γ-GT was compared between two groups.Results The ALT,AST and γ-GT of hyperlipidemia group was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The liver biochemical index of hyperlipidemia patients is abnormal.Blood lipid detecting is beneficial to fatty liver prevetion. |
