| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肠梗阻病因及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析收治的肠梗阻496例资料。结果:496例中,机械性肠梗阻423例,其中粘连性肠梗阻246例(占58.2%),130例行手术治疗;肿瘤性肠梗阻72例(占17%),63例行手术治疗;腹外疝梗阻105例(占21.2%),105例均行手术治疗。结论:近年来,肠梗阻以粘连性肠梗阻最常见,肿瘤性肠梗阻有明显增加,应予以重视。粘连性肠梗阻首选非手术治疗,肿瘤性肠梗阻可选择积极手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cause and method of intestinal obstruction.Method A retrospective study was made on the treatment of 496 patients with intestinal obstruction in our hospital.Results In 496 cases,423 cases of mechanical ileus,of which 246 cases of adhesive ileus(58.2%),surgical treatment of 130 cases.For 72 cases of tumor intestinal obstruction(17%),surgical treatment of 63 cases;105 cases of abdominal external hernia obstruction(21.2%),surgical treatment of 105 cases.Conclusion Intestinal obstr... |
