非诺贝特缓释微丸对糖尿病患者糖脂代谢紊乱的影响

摘    要:目的 研究非诺贝特缓释微丸对糖尿病患者糖脂代谢紊乱的影响。 方法 将122例糖尿病高脂血症患者随机分成二组:治疗组80例,除口服降糖药外,加用非诺贝特缓释微丸0.25g/d,共12周;对照组42例,不加用非诺贝特缓释微丸。比较二组患者治疗前后血脂、血糖、尿酸及肝肾功能的变化。 结果 12周后,治疗组血甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白均明显降低,高密度脂蛋白水平升高,同时空腹血糖及血尿酸水平明显下降(P<0.005);对照组则无明显变化。 结论 非诺贝特能明显改善糖尿病患者的脂质代谢紊乱,降低空腹血糖和血尿酸水平,减少代谢综合征的危害。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of fenofibrate on the disorders of lipid and glucose metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and twenty - two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and dyslipideniia were divided randomly into two groups. Eight patients were treated with fenofibrate sustained release capsule (Lipilfen) 0. 25g per day in addition to oral hypoglycemic agents for 12 weeks ( fenofibrate group). Forty - two of the control group were treated without fenofibrate. Changes in blood lipid, blood sugar, serum uric acid, liver function and renal function tests in the two groups were compared. Results Serum triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, fasting blood sugar and uric acid levels in the fenofibrate group were decreased significantly after 12 weeks, while serum high-density lipoprotein was elevated remarkably. No significant changes in the control group were observed. Conclusion Dyslipidemia in diabetes can be improved by fenofibrate. The fasting blood sugar and serum uric acid can be decreased too. The risk of metabolic disorder syndrome might be lowered by fenofibrate.
