人体蠕形螨感染调查及相关因素分析

目的　探讨蠕形螨感染与集体生活、卫生习惯及痤疮、酒渣鼻等面部疾患的关系。　方法　采用透明胶带粘贴过夜和挤粘结合法对 2 13名在校大学生进行蠕形螨检查 ,同时对个人卫生习惯、皮肤类型及面部疾患等相关因素问卷调查。　结果　在校大学生蠕形螨总感染率为 49.3 % ,男性 (5 1.3 % )略高于女性 (4 7.0 % ) ;毛囊蠕形螨面部感染率高于皮脂蠕形螨 ;洗刷用品个人专用可降低蠕形螨感染率 ;油性皮肤或混合性皮肤学生蠕形螨感染率及患酒渣鼻、痤疮等面部疾患的概率均较高。　结论　蠕形螨感染与个人卫生习惯、皮肤类型密切相关 ;蠕形螨感染是痤疮、酒渣鼻等疾患的发病因素之一。

INVESTIGATION ON THE INFECTION OF DEMODEX FOLLICULORUM AND ANALYSIS ON RELATIVE FACTORS

Objective To probe the relationship between the infection of Demodex folliculorum and individual hygienic habits and the facial dermatogic diseases (such as acne and rosacea). Methods D. folliculorum and D. brevis were detected by cellophane tape method and squeezing method. Health habits and skin types of the students were investigated by questionnaire. Results The overall prevalence was 49.3% in 213 medical students. The infective rate of male(51.3%) was higher than that of female(47.0%);The infection rate of D. folliculorum (70.5%) was higher than that of D. brevis (3.8%). The positive cases on the forehead,the cheeks and the nose were respectively 52 with a rate of 49.5%,61 with a rate of 58.1%,47 with a rate of 44.7%. Washing face with toilet soaps frequently could reduce the infection. Also the special facecloth and washbasin for only one person could decrease the incidence. The students of oily and mixed skin have higher infection rate and are more susceptible to acne and rosacea. Infection of D. folliculorum was a pathogenic factor for dermatosis (acne or rosacea). Conclusion Individual hygienic habits and the kinds of skin have direct relationship with infection of D. folliculorum. The infestation of D. folliculorum is one of etiological factors of acne and rosacea.
