星点设计-效应面法优化大黄煮散颗粒煎煮工艺 |

摘 要: | 目的:优化大黄煮散颗粒煎煮工艺。方法:以加水量(倍)、浸泡时间和煎煮时间为考察对象,对总蒽醌煎出率和干膏收率进行归一化处理后,以归一化值为考察指标,分别进行多元线性回归和二项式方程拟合,用星点设计-效应面法优化煎煮工艺并进行预测分析及验证优选出大黄煮散颗粒最佳煎煮工艺。结果:二项式方程拟合度较高,复相关系数分为R=0.940,预测性较好;其优化工艺为取大黄煮散颗粒,加入16倍量水,浸泡14 min,煎煮两次,每次34 min。结论:星点设计-效应面法优选大黄煮散颗粒煎煮工艺方法简便可靠,具有良好的预测性,优选的煎煮工艺合理可行。

Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the decoction process of Dahuang Zhusan Keli.Method:With the water addition(Times),immersion time and decocting time as the objects of study,the normalized values of the total Anthraquinone extraction rate and yield of dry extract were used as observing indexes.Multiple linear regression and quadratic-fi t equation were used to estimate the relationship between independent and dependent variables to choose the optimization decoction process of Dahuang Zhusan Keli by central composite design- response surface method.Result:The results showed that the regression coeffi cients of quadratic-fi t equation were better for the estimation with R value of 0.940.The optimal conditions of decoction process were 16-fold solvent,14 minutes soaked,2 times boiling and 34 minutes every time.Conclusion:The established model can well predict the extraction process.The optimized process is reliable for the dode. |
