吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗复发卵巢癌的临床观察

目的观察化疗方案吉西他滨联合顺铂（GEM＋DDP）对复发卵巢癌的治疗效果。方法使用不同化疗方案治疗156例复发卵巢癌患者，其中对照组（74例）采用顺铂联合环磷酰胺治疗，另外实验组（82例）采用GEM＋DDP治疗，比较两种方案治疗效果，并分析产生的不良反应。结果实验组完全缓解22例（26．8％），部分缓解38例（46．3％），总有效率为73．2％（60／82），对照组总有效率为55．4％（41／74），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实验组主要不良反应为白细胞减少、恶心呕吐、皮疹等过敏反应，但程度较轻，患者耐受性较好，而对照组主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐，并且对心脏毒性较大。结论GEM＋DDP方案明显提升复发卵巢癌的总有效率，适用范围广，患者对不良反应耐受性高，临床使用价值高。

Clinical observation of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin on recurrent ovarian cancer. Methods Using different chemotherapy regimens to treat 156 patients with recurrent ovarian cancer,74 cases in the control group were treated with cisplatin and cyclophosphamide （ CTX ＋ DDP）, another 82 cases in the experimental group were treated with gemeitabine plus eisplatin （ GEM ＋ DDP）. The clinical efficacy was compared and the adverse reaction was analyzed. Re- sults In the experimental group, 22 cases （26.8%） had CR, 38 cases （46.3%） had PR, and the total effective rate was 73.2% （60/82） , which was significantly higher than that in the control group （55.4%, 41/74）. The major adverse reactions in the experimental group were leucopenia, nausea and vomiting, rash and other allergic reactions, but they were mild, and were well tolerated by patients, while in control group, the main adverse reactions were bone marrow suppression, nausea and vomiting and the cardiac toxicity. Conclusion GEM ＋ DDP scheme can improve the total effective rate of recurrent ovarian cancer signifi-cantly, has a wide application range, and is well tolerated by patients, so it has high clinical value.
