农村老年人生命质量及影响因素分析

目的探讨农村老年人的生命质量及影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法，用SF-36生命质量量表及一般情况调查表对唐山市6个行政村中60周岁及以上的老年人进行问卷调查。结果性别、年龄、婚姻状况、经济状况、慢性病在单因素分析中差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；逐步回归分析显示，影响农村老年人生命质量的主要因素有慢性病、年龄、经济状况及性别。结论慢性病、年龄、经济状况及性别是影响农村老年人生命质量的主要因素，应加强农村老年人慢性病防治，进一步改善他们的物质生活和医疗保健条件，不断提高农村老年人的生命质量。

STUDY ON QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE RURAL ELDERLY AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS

Objective To explore the quality of life（QOL） and its influencing factors of the rural elder-ly. Methods By cluster sampling method, 60 years old and older people in six villages of Tangshan City were investigated by measures for general circumstances and SF-36 QOL questionnaire. Results In the univariate analysis, scores of QOL had statistical significance in gender, age, marital status, economic status and chronic diseases（P〈0.05）; in stepwise regression analysis, the main factors af-fecting the quality of life were chronic diseases, age, economic status and gender. Conclusions Chro-nic diseases, age, economic status and gender are the major factors which influence the quality of life in the rural elderly. The measures should be used to prevent and cure the chronic diseases and improve their material living conditions and medical care, to promote quality of life of the rural elderly.
