283例临床输血反应的分析

目的：回顾性分析我院近年来发生的输血反应。方法：对2006年1月-2009年9月期间输注各种血液成分的住院病例进行调查。结果：该期间共有41545人次的住院患者输注了111462U的各种血液成分，主要是去白红细胞悬液、新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀；观察到283例发生了输血反应，反应发生率为0．25％，其中非溶血性发热性输血反应和过敏性输血反应占98．59％；不同的血液成分中，输注去白红细胞悬液、新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀的输血反应发生率分别为0．16％、0．42％和0．30％。结论：急性输血反应主要是非溶血性发热性输血反应和过敏性输血反应，以输注新鲜冰冻血浆的反应发生率最高。

Retrospective study of 283 transfusion reactions

Objective：To retrospectively study transfusion reactions in our hospital in recent years. Method： All transfusion data of hospitalized patients who transfused various blood components were analyzed from January 2006 to September 2009. Result：There were 41545 times transfusion with 111462 units various blood components, mainly leukocyte-depleted red blood cells（RBCs）, fresh frozen plasma （FFP） and cryoprecipitate （cryo）. 283 patients had transfusion reactions with the incidence rare of 0.25%, and febrile nonhemolytic transfusion reaction （FNHTR） and allergic transfusion reaction（ATR） accounted for 98.63 %. Of all blood components, the incidence rates of acute transfusion reaction in RBCs, FFP and Cryo were 0. 16%, 0.42% and 0.30%, respectively. Conclusion： Acute transfusion reactions were primarily FNHTR and ATR. The highest incidence rate was in FFP transfusion.
