复杂性肛瘘手术80例疗效观察

目的：探讨不同手术方法治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效和优点。方法：回顾性分析2004年5月-2007年5月复杂性肛瘘患者80例,分别进行切开挂线术、瘘管旷置术手术方法治疗。结果：随访8个月～2年,切开挂线术43例,复发2例,平均愈合时间（21．24±5．30）d;瘘管旷置术37例,复发7例,平均愈合时间（29．75±9．80）d。两组复发率的Χ^2检验P〈0．05,两组之间比较,差异有统计学意义。愈合时间的方差分析P〈0．01,两组之间比较,差异有统计学意义。结论：针对复杂性肛瘘特点,应依据不同的临床特别选择相应的手术方法,可提高治愈率,减少并发症。
