内热针在腰三横突综合征的临床应用

目的:探讨内热针在腰三横突综合征临床疗效.方法:60例纳入临床研究标准的腰三横突综合征患者按照随机数字法随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用温针灸治疗,观察组使用内热针治疗,分别记录并分析两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分,功能障碍问卷(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)指数,改良日本骨科学会下腰痛评分量表(Japanese Orthopedic Association Scores,JOA)评分及改良Macnab标准(Modified MacNab Criteria,Macnab)指数.结果:经治疗后两组患者VAS评分、ODI指数、JOA评分较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.05),观察组在治疗后第10天、20天、30天、90天VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)、观察组治疗后的ODI指数、JOA评分及改良Macnab评分较对照组更具优势(P<0.05).结论:内热针治疗腰三横突综合征具有较好的疗效,相对于温针灸其短期及远期临床疗效更佳,值得在临床上推广与应用.

Clinical application of internal heat needle in lumbar transverse protrusion syndrome

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of internal heat needle on lumbar transverse protrusion syndrome.Methods:60 patients with lumbar transverse protrusion who met the clinical research inclusion standard were randomly divided into two groups according to stochastic numerical method,and 30 cases were observed in the observation group and in the control respectively.The control group was treated with warming acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with internal heat needle.The VAS score,ODI index,JOA score and Macnab index of two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed respectively.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores,ODI Index and JOA scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).And the VAS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)10 days,20 days,30 days and 90 days after treatment.JOA scores and improved MACNAB scores of the observation group were more advantageous than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The internal heat needle has a good curative effect on the lumbar transverse protrusion syndrome,and its short-term and long-term clinical effect is better than warming acupuncture,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
