活血化瘀法在中医妇科临床中的重要应用

目的:观察活血化瘀法在妇科气滞血瘀疾病中的临床应用,为妇科患者提供新的治疗方案选择。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年6月无棣县海丰街道社区卫生服务中心收治的气滞血瘀型妇科疾病患者84例作为研究对象,按照入组顺序编号,采用数字随机表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规西医治疗方案治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上再根据中医活血化瘀法组中药方进行治疗,两组患者均治疗观察随访3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状改善情况、完成治疗后临床疗效率,在治疗过程中两组患者的药物不良反应率。结果:①两组患者入组时气滞血瘀症状(胸胁胀闷、胁下痞块、痛经、经色)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),完成3个月治疗后,两组患者上述临床症状均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组患者症状评分低于对照组患者(P <0.05);②完成3个月治疗后,观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);③两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重药物不良反应,一般不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:中医活血化瘀法可有效改善妇科气滞血瘀证患者临床症状,提升患者治疗疗效,且并未增加患者药物不良反应,是适合妇科气滞血瘀证患者的治疗方案。

The important application of Huoxue Huayu method (activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis) in clinical gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical application of Huoxue Huayu method in gynecological diseases of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,and to provide new treatment options for gynecological patients.Methods:A total of 84 patients with gynecological diseases of Qi stagnation and blood stasis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were numbered according to the order of inclusion,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group,by the numerical random table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment scheme,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine Huoxue Huayu method on the basis of the western medicine treatment,patients in both groups were treated with observation for 3 months.The clinical symptom improvement before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy rate after the completion of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:①There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of symptoms of Qi stagnation and blood stasis(pleural distension and tightness,ganglia under the hypoxia,dysmenorrhea and menstrual color)between the two groups when they were enrolled(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the above clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).②After 3 months of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).③No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment,and the difference in the rate of general adverse drug reactions was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Huayu method(activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis)can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with gynecological diseases of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,improve the therapeutic effect of patients,and does not increase the patients’adverse drug reactions,which is suitable for gynecological diseases Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome patients treatment.
