| 摘 要： | 朱启勇教授认为,以干咳、气喘、少痰、胸闷、舌紫黯为主要临床表现的肺间质纤维化,病机多属阴虚血瘀,治当以活血化瘀联合养阴补虚,并根据多年临床经验总结自拟养阴活血方,其颇具特色,疗效颇佳,便于推广。

| Abstract: | According to professor ZHU Qiyong,the pathogenesis of lung interstitial fibrosis,which manifested as dry cough,short of breath,less phlegm,chest tightness and purple tongue,is Yin deficiency and blood stasis.Therefore the disease should be treated by activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with nourishing Yin and tonifying deficiency with self-made Yangyin Huoxue Formula according to years of clinical experience.The formula is featured with good efficacy and convenient for promotion. |
